Once this was the hayloft! Now it is a cosy beamed and draped twin room reached via the Coach House’s secret bookcase. There is an en suite w/c and basin.

The Lady Anne Room
Named after the legendary local figure Lady Anne Clifford, this beamed room boasts a sumptuous double six-foot sleigh bed and is themed with paintings of her castles. A private bathroom is just next door and an extra bed is available.

The River Room
A beautiful twin conservatory room which has stunning views over the river and what is thought to be the oldest working bridge on the Eden. A cot is available.

All of the rooms are comfortably appointed and offer tea and coffee making facilities – they are perfect places to relax.
